Terms of use
Last updated November 2026. These terms apply to every booking made with Loudroom Rehearsal Studios.
Bookings and payment
Sessions are booked by the hour and paid in full when you book. Prices include the room, house backline and PA. Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation and keycode by text.
Cancellations and changes
You can cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your session starts. Changes made inside 24 hours are charged in full. If we have to cancel, you get a full refund or a free reschedule.
Using the rooms
Keep the room tidy, don’t move acoustic treatment, and leave the backline the way you found it. Smoking, vaping and open drinks near equipment are not allowed. Your keycode is personal to your booking.
Damage and liability
The person who books is responsible for damage beyond normal wear during the session. Please report any problems when you arrive. Loudroom is not responsible for personal gear left in rooms or common areas.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies to your booking.
